What is polymer clay like?

Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight, so is perfect for statement dangles and studs alike. Polymer clay is also waterproof and very long lasting if cared for correctly.

How should I care for polymer clay jewellery?

To keep earrings in the best condition, try not to sleep, shower or exercise whilst wearing them. Store away from direct sunlight and other metal jewellery to avoid scratches. If needed, gently use a damp cloth to remove makeup or other dirt from your clay earrings.

Do you offer clip-on earrings?

Yes. Clip-on attachments can be added to any earrings that are photographed with fish hooks or dangly stud posts - at no extra cost. If you would like to order clip-on's please leave us a note at checkout.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

All of our earrings are lead and nickel free and are made using either stainless steel or sterling silver findings - both of which tend to be safe for most sensitive ears. Each listing will state which metal findings are used.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Orders are packed into recyclable, mailing boxes and are sealed with brown Kraft tape. Rest assured that all of our packaging is completely recyclable!

Our Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK: 

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (3 working days) - £0.96 for orders less than £20. FREE for orders over £20.

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1 working day) - £1.29

Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping via our website.

Our Returns Policy

Please contact us at dottypeachuk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery if you wish to make a return. * Items must be received back within 28 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  If products are lost or damaged in transit, the related costs will not be refunded. We suggest using a recorded delivery service and taking out product protection for higher value items. 

* Note that we are unable to accept returns for earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective due to hygiene reasons. 

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations. 

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds:

Full refunds will be made (excluding original delivery fee) within 3-5 working days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be made to the original card or payment method.
